Michelle Lewis is by far the best realtor I have ever had. My husband and I had the pleasure of hiring her to sell our home and purchase a home for us out of town. She was extremely diligent, prompt, informative, communicative, and professional. We trusted her to get us the highest sale price possible, and she went above and beyond our wildest dreams!! She was able to get us $75k over the asking price and we were truly blown away!! If you are considering hiring her, don’t hesitate- I guarantee there’s not another realtor within the Tri-Valley who could do a better job. She grew up in the area we sold our home in and she knew that neighborhood and city better than any realtor in town. I had so many questions going through the buying and selling process, without Michelle I would have been lost and confused. She was so patient, kind, and informative and never made me feel like I was asking too much and she never made me feel like I was asking a stupid question (which sometimes I think I was). Michelle made it very obvious to us that we were her first priority and she constantly dropped everything to help us! We couldn’t be more appreciative! Going into my retirement, I planned to sell my home early 2020. Michelle was my realtor and we were at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic! I was certain we were going to have trouble selling my home, it seemed like such a bad time to sell. Michelle was never worried. She knew all the rules we had to follow, the market facts and trends. She was able to keep me calm and was very reassuring while being extremely professional. Some of the inspections and repairs took a little longer than we planned because of the Covid restrictions, but Michelle was always on top of it and moved everything along overcoming every obstacle. She never wavered, she was fantastic! The house sold in one week with multiple offers and significantly over the asking price. I could not have asked for a better person to represent my sale this year. I am very grateful for Michelle and her expertise.

Michelle was a dream to work with. During these unprecedented times she helped us find our dream home. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and were trying to figure out what we wanted in a house. Michelle was so knowledgable and helped us understand everything about the home buying process. She gave us insights into what to watch for, was quick with cost estimates on any work that might need to be done and was always available to us. I know she has other clients and responsibilities but no matter how big or small our questions or concerns were she made us feel that we were her top and only priority. She gave us a sense of comfort and confidence during this process and made sure we didn't settle for less than our complete happiness. Without her we wouldn't have our dream home and we couldn't be more thankful. She is amazing and I can't recommend her enough.

we bought our first home through Michelle. We didn't know anything so she sat us down for half a day and walked us through the process. We went back and forth over if we wanted to buy now or later. She was patient with us as we kept changing our minds over what we wanted. As we got closer and more serious, she started giving us better advice on how to bargain on a property. We almost offered on one despite it's pitfalls but she said not to overbid on it. Someone waaay overbid and we backed away. We found a home built just like it with numerous improvements and zero problems of the first place and she walked us through the offer process and we won the home on our first shot. She handled everything for us, sat through my signing process, ironed out a mess up from the loan provider, and from the time we put in the offer we closed on the house in 18 days flat. If you are a first time buyer, or someone who wants to sell, I recommend Michelle 100%. When we want to sell and buy, we will call on her again.
