We spoke or emailed with him almost EVERY SINGLE DAY and he always responded! I felt overwhelmed a few times but Michael always had a way of reassuring us. Granted, it took a few offers as the market is hot but I felt our chances of getting accepted were always the best they could be. We absolutely love our home and we could not have done it without Michael! Thank you! Michael Manacop is a very dedicated professional realtor. I met him at an Open House and decided immediately I wanted to have him sell my mobile home. He had all the answers to my questions and had a couple Open House Showings as well as a Realtor Caravan tour my home. His listing included several professional pictures of my home inside and out. Michael helped me and my six year old daughter navigate through the home buying process. As a single mother working full time, it was challenging to get into the home buying process but Michael made everything incredibly simple by email and txt messaging. He worked with my schedule we went house hunting on weekends. As a family man he even offered to carpool and I brought my daughter along for all open houses and viewings. He helped me with the paperwork and assured I knew the entire process from finances to understanding my home budget. He was very understanding and always willing to help.
