I would be very, very careful with working with this company. Do it only if you must! I had a terrible experience from day "1" of meeting my first property manager. They are very unfair and unjust, based off of the lack of support employees offered. Any response I got from the company was completely negative and rude at most times. They treated me like an account number. They changed property managers on me and never notified me. The fist encounter with the next property manager was even worse. There was a few times I finally thought I had closure with the company but more bills and notices came in. I really don't write reviews for anything but this company has proved to deserve a real rating.

Beware when dealing with this company. Communication between employees is very sporadic. Often the words of one person do not reflect the words or actions of another. This company when my family dealt with them was designed to protect the homeowners and not their renters. Basically a homeowner can spin any tale and you are left holding the bag. Just think twice before signing on the bottom line.

Terrible company. Has no repect for there renters. Ive rented for over 5 years. Never been late on rent once, never recieved any kind of violation notice or complainr notice handed to us. Now they have issued a 60 day vacate notice of tenecy for no reason. The only thing I can guess is because they didnr do the repairs that were needed over the year s correctly and are now in process of raising all the rent so they figure its easier instead of raising rent lets remove tenant so we can remodel and even raise rent more. They might have a right to do this but this is a huge company that doesnt think about you and your family. They dont repair things like they should. Please watch yourself if you go through them they will screww you and your family. Just wanted to update everyone. So we are fighting the 60 day notice mgr gave us for no reason tonight around 7:30 while it was pouring down rain my 17 year old daughter took our dogs out to the restroom and saw our onsight property manager going through all the bags in the trash dumpster on our side of the complex not even the side he lives on. when he saw my daughter saw him he took of and stood below the stair case on the other side trying to hide. She came up and got me really fast and I watched him tell he got in his apartment. Im sure he was looking for stuff on me or my family do to him digging thru the bags on our side of the complex not his. This is so pathetic that mgr steps to this low.....lol. So for all mgr renters beware wether he did this with there permission or did this on his own everybodies privacy is not safe atleast this complex most likely others and i will be warning all renters that live here with me. So watch what you throw away mgr has either hired identy thiefs now that work for them and wont do anything about it or mgr is having him do it wich makes mgr looking for info trying to get a low down wich makes them identy thieves..
