Our family worked with Maria Fonseca and her team . She was there with us every step of the way. She answered all our questions and was great at following up with any information we needed to make our decision. She practices Customer Service with a Capital C and Capital S! She was easy to get a hold of when we had questions and she encouraged us to reach out to her anytime with questions. We were interested in a particular neighborhood and she kept an eye out for us. She let us know about a home that popped up for sale before it actually went on the market. She is well connected with Home Building Designers, Carpenters, Roofers, Fence Companies, and Carpenters – Home Construction Professionals. She had an answer for each question we asked about forms we were filling out along the way. And she was able to talk to our teenage daughter who wasn’t so thrilled about the move. Now that we have the home we want, we are having Maria help us fix up and sell our current home (the connections really pay off!). You might say she became our Coach and we worked together as a Team with common goals. I had not purchased a home in 30 years and the process has changed over time. I would suggest creating an email account just for when you are purchasing or selling a home, it’s easier to keep track of things. I will do that when selling our current home. Thanks again Maria for all your help and advice, it is priceless!

We got our first house through Valerie. She was never pushy (which I feel is extremely important). Very communicative and friendly throughout the entire process. We received constant updates through email and through text. She was very efficient as well. She knows her stuff well and gladly answered any doubts we had without a single frown. Despite it being the seller's market, we were able to get our house with a single offer through her. It was truly a pleasant experience purchasing our home [not house :)] with her.
