Megan did a fantastic job selling my mom's home this year. I'm a realtor, but knew it would be too emotional for me to represent Mom in selling our family home of over 45 years. Megan is a true professional and my brother and I couldn’t be happier that we hired her. From day 1 we could tell she was extremely knowledgeable about the market trends in Marin County and she is passionate about her work. She listened to our needs for selling a family estate property and provided us with options based on our time frame. When presented the option to update the property prior to listing she assured us that she would handle ever last detail. Making a decision to sell one’s family home of almost half a century was not easy, especially when the need arises from deep personal loss. This was the condition we found ourselves in when our father passed away suddenly in June of last year. All of us were grief stricken and very emotionally compromised, but we still needed to find a safe living condition for our mother and a secure financial stability for her future. We needed to make things happen quickly, and we needed an expert to guide us and expedite the solution. I’m so thankful Megan Pomponio was our agent and the leader of this transaction. She not only came into this tough situation and quickly presented viable options and clear recommendations, but she was also very aware of the challenges that a long term owner would encounter when going through the process (the emotional tangles that we all had in some way shape or form). Megan really did provide, what I truly believe, the best course of action. As a family, we followed her advice and we executed what I believe was the best outcome. Many prayers were answered through her service and advice. On more than one occasion, Megan's candid and honest advice, with careful encouragement, really helped us avoid the pitfalls and significant delays we could have encountered.
