Megan was absolutely fantastic. She was very helpful every step of the way and would do her best to answer any questions we had. If she didn't know the answer, she would find it and give us updates if it took a bit longer to get the information. She gave us her opinions when we asked, but she never pushed us into anything. She had wonderful suggestions and was extremely kind. She got us into showings as quickly as possible and would accommodate to our odd schedules. I could not recommend her more. If you want someone you can trust to help you buy a home, Megan is a fantastic realtor and you will be in good hands.

I've moved more times in the past 10 years than I care to admit. I mostly lived in El Dorado County and Sacramento with a smidge of South Lake Tahoe and Daytona Beach, FL. thrown in. My last move was from Florida to Chico, CA. to be closer to family. I rented until I was more situated to a new city. Both my children went to Chico State, so I wasn't totally unfamiliar. I always loved Chico charm. My daughter recommended Megan Haimbaugh to be my Realtor since she did such an awesome job for them. I found Megan at an Open House she was hosting and introduced myself. I had a 6-month lease so I let her know I was just getting familiar with neighborhoods, etc. and what I was looking for. It would be IDEAL, I told her, if I could live close to my daughter's family. Lo and behold! Megan sent me to look at a new listing, just getting on the market that day because she said it was perfect for me. It was earlier than I was thinking, but interest rates were rising and I didn't want to lose this opportunity. It was the right price, the right size, the best yard ever and only 4 blocks from my family! Megan is terrific. She is always looking out for me, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and is so easy to work with. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. My life is forever changed for the best because of her hard work and dedication.

We love working with Megan, she made the whole homebuying process very easy and we felt like she was looking out for us and not just trying to make a sale. We have odd hours, but she always made herself available to show us houses. We cannot recommend her enough, she was fantastic.
