We moved to California from Fl and only had 1 weekend to find a rental for our family. Megan came highly recommended by colleagues at my husbands office. When I called her we connected immediately. I gave her a list of our needs and wants and she was more than accommodating. She worked with our dynamic schedule and showed us multiple homes in different areas. The home we decided on was in a highly sought after area and had 8 applications in addition to ours, it was only because of Megan that we were able to secure the lease. She guided us through the whole process and worked her magic to make it happen. A little magic is what you need especially in OC when it comes time to get the contract executed and secure your dream home. I am so grateful to have met Megan and will work with her for any and all real estate needs in the future.

Megan’s top strength is her patience! We were not actively looking for a home but had started the process of “feeling out the marketplace” and she stayed engaged throughout an almost 3 year process (with an active pandemic) to show us homes and provide us insights related to home buying. She was also able to point us to neighborhoods we would potentially like based on our wish list! With all this in place, we were able to find our house that we now call home and have fallen in love with! In addition she also assisted us to put our previous home on rent. For both buying and the rental the process was seamless and super quick which alleviated the normal anxiousness one feels during a home buying process. Megan remains calm and her demeanor is super reassuring. She has a pleasant personality which I am sure will make her very successful as a realtor! I wish her all the best for all her future as a competent realtor!
