My husband and I have known Barbara for over 45 years. We knew her when she was the secretary, made reservations & cleaned the office. She worked her butt off to eventually own May Realty. She is a well respected owner & operater in Running Springs,Ca. We bought several homes from her. Even though she was our friend, she was very courteous,professional & attentive to any situation.)(Owner,Escrow,Etc.

I have had them manage my rental property for almost 20 years. They are professional, responsive and reasonable. My house has been well cared for, the tenants have been screened properly and they work hard to collect the rent even when there are issues. I cannot recommend them enough for property management and for renting a cabin for vacation or the weekend.

Don't buy into the one negative review.. as no real "locals" would ever badmouth this longtime community members company. Most likely someone who got their nose bent for not taking care of their own business. I first used this company back in 1987 and still do. Barbara is great and will treat you fairly. Running Springs is too small a town to give bad service and be able to flourish all these years.

I use to rent from Barbara at May Realty 1996 on Mistletoe in Running Springs. She owns an excellent & fair management company. I can not understand why these people are giving her such a poor review. Maybe they didn't qualify or had poor credit for the property or maybe there was more than one application for the property & the owner picked who he wanted.So don't take it out on May Realty

I've been renting a little cabin since last summer in July (2015) and I've had no problems. In fact, they are always right on top of any of our needs! The oven that came with the house went out, and they paid for a new one and installed it for us. Would recommend to anyone!
