Max is beyond amazing. We are 6 hours away and buying a house near East Memphis was very difficult. Max made it too easy for us. He would visit homes, video and inspect the houses. Max was always so quick to respond. The advise and honesty was very appreciated. We got a house in an area we never expected to have availability and we attribute it all to Max. He currently still is helping us get in contact with people for paint and flooring. The service you receive goes beyond what most realtors do. I would never want to use anyone else and I 100% recommend Max if you are looking to buy a home!

Max and I met because I was looking for a house, and I was interested in one that he was selling in Bartlett. He let me know that the house had already sold, but that he would be happy to show me some other homes that would be a match for me. After meeting Max for a consultation, I decided to hire him to help me find a home. I work a lot, so I didn’t have a lot of time to look at homes, and I was ready to find a home pretty quickly. Within a day or two, Max made appointments for us to see three homes. I ended up buying the first home he showed me, and didn’t even look at the other two. Working with Max was a great experience, and even when there were some bumps in the road, he made sure I was always taken care of, and that my transaction went through smoothly. He was in regular communication with me, and always made sure that I knew what was going on. He also did a great job negotiating on my behalf, and got the seller to pay for my closing costs, and make some repairs that were really important to me. I look forward to working with him on my next real estate transaction, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home!

I hired Max to sell my home of 19 years in Bartlett – it was my first home, and over the years I invested a lot into the home. He understood how important it was to me that the home sold to someone who would appreciate all of the work that I put into the home to make it unlike any other home in the area, and that the buyer would care for it like I did. Max hired a professional stager and photographer to ensure that my home looked as beautiful online as it did in person. In the first weekend my home was on the market, we received multiple offers, and ended up selling our home for above asking price! My husband and I are also using Max to broker the purchase and building of our new home – something we are so excited about! The process of buying and selling a home can be stressful – Max worked extremely hard to make sure that the process went as smoothly as possible, and that at the end of the day, his clients walk away a winner!
