My salesperson Kelly was wonderful to work with. I came to the store a few days prior with no idea of what I wanted. She was courteous and pleasant. After going home and doing some research, I returned to the store with the sole purpose of doing business with her. She is truly an asset to Mattress Firm. I came here looking for a new mattress and Breana immediately came to help me and helped me find the mattress of my dreams. She was great at listening to all of my needs and helped me find the perfect fit. I was able to buy my bed the same day. She gave me a great deal and I’m so excited for my bed to come in. Amazing experience. Tim was an absolute pleasure to work with. We came in two weeks prior to us making our purchase and, because of the incredible customer service we received from him we had to come back to make sure he was able to get our business.
