Matt was invaluable to our first home-buying process. He always made time for us day or night, whether to talk shop or get into the details. He has a genuine dedication to getting people into the homes they want, and his extensive knowledge of the market, the history, and the trends of our area was a constant reassurance during our time working with him. While on home tours, Matt always took time to meet other agents present, talk to neighbors (yes, he literally approached and made friends with multiple neighbors on tours), and walk the grounds, trying to pick up any tidbits of information about the neighborhood or about the home construction, etc that might inform our offer submittal. After our offer was in escrow, Matt was present for the home inspection, took diligent notes, and followed up with multiple contractors to determine the scope and price of work needed. He freaking got under the sink and figured out how to make the garbage disposal work! He negotiated with the seller's agent fairly, quickly, and expertly on all details. He followed up with us regularly on any outstanding items requiring attention or signatures, and got us into our first home in under 3 weeks! This was our first offer made, and we are told it is uncommon to have this occurrence, so I attribute a good portion of our success to Matt's guidance and expertise. Following the sale, he made himself available to any/all comments or future conversations about the home and any potential warranty issues that might arise in the first year. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Matt Fletcher - genuine, personable, and fast.

Matthew helped us find and buy a home in Tustin. He is knowledgeable, honest, hard working, responsive, and great to work with. We were coming from out of town, so he helped us get oriented, showed us multiple areas in neighboring cities to find the neighborhoods that best matched our budget and interests. He persisted with us during the crazy market of early 2022 and helped us make a successful offer. He works with a great loan agent who helped us close the loan in less than 2 weeks. He also helped us make upgrades after the house was handed over by providing consultation and recommending and bringing in professionals. Matthew exceeded our expectations every step of the way. Above all he demonstrates such a high integrity that's exemplary for real estate professionals.

Recently Purchase a Home in Costa Mesa Matthew was everything I could have asked for in a relator. He is a true professional with a great personality to boot. As a first-time home buyer, I was expecting the experience to be very stressful, yet Matthew made it as stress-free as possible. On top that, I am relatively new to the area so deciding on a location was challenging. Matthew made sure I was happy with each neighborhood he showed me. He took time to provide a driving tour, pointing out the fun perks of each community. As we looked at different homes, he knew what I liked before I even said it out loud. In the end, we found my dream home in an ideal neighborhood. Once we found the house the real fun began! This past year has been a crazy time for buyers. Matthew was there for me throughout the offer, the purchasing process, and to my surprise, long after closing. Like I mentioned, I am new to town, so Matthew made sure I was taken care of. He provided a list of reputable local tradespeople to help ease the transition. I am very thankful to have worked with Matthew and would highly recommend him as a relator.

We recently sold our home in Floral Park and then purchased a home in N. Tustin. During our Floral Park ownership, Matthew helped us get the home on the Historic Registry and a valuable Mills Act contract. Our property taxes went way down, plus when it came time to sell the home, the Mills Act was a big part of the home’s appeal. Our unique home didn’t sell immediately, but Matthew and I were in constant contact about feedback, timing, and the market. I never felt pressure to reduce the price for a quick sale. In the end we got a great price from a strong buyer and Matthew was there every step of the way. After identifying my dream house to purchase, Matthew worked behind the scenes to find out what would make my offer stand out as we knew there would be competition. It turned out there were two other offers, both all-cash. We talked strategy, Matthew negotiated fiercely, and I got the house (my 4th purchased with him)! The listing agent let us know that Matthew’s reputation and temperament were a big factor in getting my offer selected over the others. I think in this day and age of TV personalities and influencers, what you really need is a trustworthy agent who will fight for you when the need arises, but also have the right attitude, ego, and temperament to negotiate and navigate the big challenges.
