Matthew helped my partner and I find a wonderful home in San Francisco. A listing we originally passed on he suggested we see in person. The listing photos and info did not do it justice and thanks to Matthew we are now in our dream home in our favorite neighborhood. He helped us navigate a competitive market and stuck to his guns when he needed to. We were so impressed we ended up having Matthew be our selling agent when we sold our TIC a few months later which also went well despite a changing and less competitive market for 1BR TICs.
