Matt Robinson | East Bay Realtor

I am a Bay Area native, born in Berkeley and raised in Lafayette, and have lived in San Francisco, Oakland, and now Point Richmond since graduating from college. 

I help my clients navigate the homebuying process while sharing my knowledge and passion for the Bay Area. I consider myself a hunter and will work relentlessly for my clients to find the right home for them from searching to negotiating and managing the transaction process. My ultimate goal is to give my clients the opportunity to enjoy making the most exciting purchase of their lives.

As an alumni of University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA, I majored in Business and Spanish, also participated in the college’s baseball team as a captain. Prior to Red Oak, I was Director of Acquisitions for a multi-family investment group, acquiring nearly 2,000 apartment units across the country while gaining valuable experience in contract negotiation, underwriting, market analysis, and deal level evaluation.  

Outside of work, I enjoy being active in Big Brothers of the Bay Area, a mentoring program that serves Bay Area youth. Living in Point Richmond with my fiancé, a teacher in San Rafael, I enjoy hiking, checking out the East Bay food scene, and anything sports related.
