Mariam was attentive to our preferences (highly rated school district, decent proximity to work, family oriented community, centrally located to services, restaurants and shopping) and promptly provided us with various suitable options. Her communications was top-notch, ensuring we were informed every step of the way, a clarifying voice. The few times we made late calls to discuss ideas and thoughts, she picked up, no leaving voice mails. Thanks to her efforts, we found the perfect rental that met all our desires/requirements. More importantly, being new to the area, her impeccable hospitality and can-do spirit (always with a smile) was a comfort as we juggled the many nuances of our transition. What can I say about Mariam that probably has been said many times before? She’s an amazing human being. She is very personable, kind, helpful, straightforward, hard working, and will do her best to make sure she gets the job done in your best interest. She is a straight shooter and will let you know the good and bad of any situation but will also provide solutions to help make sure the transaction moves forward. She is always available and will go above and beyond to help you out, regardless of time or day of the week. She is probably one of the best realtors I’ve ever worked with! Besides helping me close on our new house, she’s also helping me get my other property rent ready. She will take care of you, continue to help you after the job is done, brings in a wide network of contractors/professionals for any real estate needs, and has such a servant’s heart.
