I contacted Margret to help me lease my condo that I have lived in 20 years and feel very protective of. She was extremely responsive, helpful, and personable and had my condo rented within a couple days of starting. I moved out of town the day after I hired her and she handled absolutely everything for me and made the process really easy. I have already recommended her to other friends as well. She seriously is the best! When it's time for me to buy and sell again I will DEFINITELY be working with her for that too. 5 stars all the way!

It took me a while to create this post because I wanted to find a way to adequately articulate how much I appreciate Ms. Margret Erickson. My father and sister referred her to me when I shared that my husband and I were finally in the market for our first home. She had recently helped them to find a home and they suggested that there would be no one better. It was one of the best decisions of our lives! Finding the right professional was important because we were incredibly nervous and unsure about the process even though we had been doing a ton of research on buying a home. It could have only been God and the stars aligning that led us into the capable hands of Ms. Margret Erickson. The depth of her knowledge in the field of real estate was patently obvious after our first conversation and only became clearer the longer we worked with her. Even though she handles million dollar properties everyday, she still made us feel like we were her only clients. She always made herself available to us. She would answer our calls in the evening and on the weekend. She was a renaissance woman that served as a brilliant real estate agent, a cheerleader, a friend and many other roles during the time we had the pleasure of working with her. If you are serious about buying a home, I don't know why you would go to anyone else. Even when the market frenzy made it seem like we would never find the right property, Ms. Margret used her exceptional negotiation skills to set us up for success.
