I found Maressa on social media, I followed her and loved her tips and was very motivational towards buying a place. Working with her was even better, her advice with anything I asked I felt she was very genuine. What made her stand out from other realtors was that she really made me feel like she put herself or was in my shoes and spoke from legit experience. It motivated me more to follow through with my first purchase actually having a realtor speak on so many different experiences and knowledge. Love Maressa and her energy! Maressa is so amazing. She helped two of my daughters buy their first homes which they are so happy and elated with. You can expect Maressa to go above and beyond what is needed to make your home dream come true. She has an innate ability to discern your needs and because she is constantly updated with the housing market and all it's changes she is able to intelligently work things out for her clients. On a side note, Maressa also blessed me personally with advising me with needed changes I had to make in order to prepare my home for a sale in the event I plan to sell. She encouraged me to refi, helped with acquiring the right lender and a proceed with a home makeover that not only increased the value of my home but my husband and I get to savor the beauty and practicality that the makeover made possible.

Where do I even begin?! As a first time home buyer, I had NO IDEA where to start. I didn’t know the first steps to buying a home or if it was even possible for me to buy one. Maressa was so patient with me and guided me each step of the way. She did not make me feel rushed or pressured. She is very knowledgeable and so proactive. She really got to know me and listened to my wants and needs. I have gained a friend along the process too!
