This is our second time working with Marcia Hadeler. Our most recent experience this month (May 2022) was selling a townhome in Napa. Marcia has this saying, “Click or call, I do it all!” which sounds kind of cliché but she really does. From the moment we signed the listing agreement she set up someone to do a full house cleaning and someone for a home inspection so that everything was spic and span and there would be no delay for an open house. By having an inspection done in advance she could show buyers the condition of the home and that there were no issues that needed to be addressed. Within a week we had multiple offers and were under contract and over list price even though we thought the list price might be too high. On top of that we had a 15 day close! Marcia is simply amazing! If you are looking for someone to take charge of the whole process, from start to finish, look no further. If you are looking to buy a home, she will work tirelessly to find you the right price; if you are selling, she can oversee any renovations and take care of everything. I cannot have asked for a better teammate during the process of selling my property. Not living in Napa County, the lack of knowledge I had coming into this process was evident to say the least, but Marcia eased the daunting "unknown" with her incredible knowledge and ability to provide in-depth experience. Most importantly to me as a client, was that during the entire process I always felt like I was her most important client despite the fact that undoubtedly she was busy with many more.
