Renee Phillips5 StarThis is such an affordable, warm and attentive doggie day option for us! My motley crew consists of 5 dogs... 2 giants - English Mastiffs and 3 littles, 2 Chihuahuas and a Shihtzu. Unlike the giant chain places that sort of warehouse your dogs with inexperienced young workers, I am always comfortable and pleased to leave my pups in These loving caring hands. They're so easy to deal with and offer nice treat options too! They call if they have a question or concern about your pet as well. 5 stars!!!Wednesday 1st February 2023
L Aguilera2 StarI was happy with this place prior to this visit. The minute we walked in to get him, I feel like the lady came at me rather rudely. Blaming my dog for a broken window. My concern was that it didn’t break in shards. She said it was a safety window. Good thing.
But it must have been ready to shatter since dogs do jump on doors/windows. Maybe they need to check all their glass. One girl said she thought it was dog slobber, the one that told us as soon as we walked in the door kept on & on about it.
He also has a bite mark above his left eye. My husband felt the marks when he petted him. We found that after we left. Ok dogs horse around I know. They bathed him, they should have noticed & mentioned.
I left feeling like they hated my dog. Really? Yeah. I called to check on him & she acted irritated. When I picked him up, there were at 7-8 dogs in that small office space plus a huge Great Dane that they pointed out doesn’t like men. My husband was standing up to the desk. Maybe he shouldn’t be up there. Just a thought!
I paid enough money, they could’ve at least acted like they cared. I wish the guy would’ve been up there. He seemed to be reasonable on other visits.
But anyways I’ll find in home care when we leave again in October.
I’m sorry I put my guy thru this.Tuesday 25th July 2023
Patrick Downs4 StarMy dog loves this place. When I dropped her off last. I got no goodbye. She was too excited to be there and bolted straight back to where all the dogs are. The staff there is awesome and are great with the dogs. I would give them 5 stars if they were a little less expensive.Tuesday 25th April 2023
Joe Diggs5 StarThe staff is amazing and my dog loves it there. Plus the price is unbeatable. Oh yeah and when you go say hi to Miss Lucille BallChaser. The sweetest pittie (next to mine of course) you will ever meet.Tuesday 15th August 2023
Rachael Boisvert5 StarThey took such great care of my two puppies and they don’t charge extra to play with them! Every member of the staff that I encountered seemed to very much enjoy their jobs and seemed passionate about caring for them properlyThursday 31st August 2023
