I was referred to Chris when looking for a home in Sausalito. Chris patiently persevered and succeeded in a very competitive market! I leveraged his knowledge of the MLS market and pocket listings after several offers and his excellent negotiating skills, I purchased a great place in Sausalito with a view. Chris has built many great relationships amongst his peers and has a deep bench of professional references (like painters, handymen etc) which I've already used since moving in. We can't say enough about Chris DeNike. He just helped my mom purchase a beautiful waterfront home for a fabulous price. He was kind, patient while being completely professional and responsive. Buying and selling homes in this market is stressful and It really made a difference how he smoothed the path and made it so easy for her to get the home of her dreams. After that, he found a fabulous, one of a kind house with a stunning view for close friends and helped two of our children purchase their first homes (one in West Marin and one in San Rafael). Chris exceeded our expectations in every way. This was our first experience purchasing a house and we didn't know where to start. Chris was always so generous with his time to understand what we were looking for, educate us on the market, and offer his knowledge of the local neighborhoods. His approach is non-pushy and we immediately felt like our interests were being heard and he was personally invested in finding us the perfect home. I was always impressed by his responsiveness and making us feel like his most important client. When looking at homes, he was very transparent and honest - looking back, that was so helpful to make sure we didn't end up in a house that wasn't right. When we did find the right home, his advice during the offer and negotiation process was spot on and was truly the reason that we got our dream home (amidst many other competing offers).
