Madelyn recently guided us through the process of buying our first home. We’d choose her to represent us in another transaction a million times over! She was a perfect fit for us as she has a strong knowledge of the market we were looking to buy in, is an exceptional communicator, and is similarly organized and detailed oriented. Although we learned that about her from our first conversation with her, she significantly exceeded our expectations in our experience in working with her. Her work ethic and commitment to us were unparalleled. Despite the fact that she was likely juggling other clients at the same time due to the increased demand in the market, she always made us feel like her #1 priority. From the beginning, she took the time to get to know us and to genuinely understand what we were looking for. She’s extremely easy to talk to and quickly built rapport with us. I’m certain her exceptional communication skills were prevalent in all of the conversations she had on our behalf, as she successfully negotiated terms which were favorable to us on all fronts. As first time home buyers, we had endless questions and she was remarkably responsive to each and every one of them - she made herself available by phone, email, and text virtually any time of the day or evening. She offered creative solutions and stellar recommendations for the necessary inspections and repairs. Most importantly, she worked closely with our lender to ensure that our timeline was met. Ultimately, she facilitated the most important financial transaction of our lives and we successfully purchased a home that we could have previously only dreamed of!

You can read a million reviews that show how kind, caring, genuine, personable, and easy to work with Madelyn is. Those are all TRUE! She's wonderful. But what makes Madelyn stand apart isn't how lovely she is (although it's true), it's that she's incredible at her job. She knows the rules, the tactics, the strategies in and out, and she WILL help you get your home or sell your home for the best dollar. She advised us SO well throughout our selling process, and helped us navigate a very confusing legal and financial process with comfort, ease, and extraordinary intellect. She stays very abreast of the market and understands each situation intimately so she can provide expert guidance. She also goes above and beyond when it comes to staging and home maintenance that is far past what most agents do in my experience. I wish we could take her with us everywhere (both because her family is incredible, AND because we never want to buy or sell a home without her!)

I can't even begin to say how grateful I am that I had Madelyn representing me in one of the largest transactions of my life - my first home purchase. She was always professional and kind throughout the process (and VERY patient...I had lots and lots and lots of questions) and also always honest and transparent. I felt like I had a strong advocate in Madelyn at all times. She went to bat for me numerous times and also established a strong and congenial rapport with the selling agent which I know made my home buying experience go so much more smoothly than had I had anyone else in my corner. Madelyn went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I always felt comfortable and at ease, from day 1 of the search process all the way to when she handed me my keys on closing day. I would confidently recommend Madelyn to ANYONE looking to purchase or sell a home.

Madelyn was an incredible realtor to work with! We moved across the US during the beginning of Covid when everything was shutting down. We were able to fly here and she cleared an entire week to show us countless homes. She even went above and beyond and would view homes for us when we weren’t able to be there. She was very knowledgeable about the market, wanted to help us get the best value in a new home, and helped with all of the negotiations along the way! She was extremely quick to respond, answered any questions that we had, and worked hard to ensure all elements of the purchase were taken care of! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell a home!!!
