I am an out of state real estate investor who has been working with Lyndon for quite some time. He has been extremely helpful with all my real estate needs, such as meeting with me when I come to Memphis, educating me on all the different areas and zip codes to decide which areas are best for what I’m looking for, and, most importantly, is always available to talk or check out properties for me. He’s a realtor who doesn’t mind putting in the leg work, as well as meeting with home inspectors, to decide what properties are worth pursuing. I’ve been a long distance real estate investor for many years, and finding someone who is as in tune, honest, and always looking out for my best interest (even if it means lower commission for him) is extremely rare now a days. The cherry on top is that he also manages all my Memphis properties, including finding and screening tenants, and vendor shopping to get the best price on repairs and rehabs for me. I would highly recommend Lyndon to anyone looking to buy a property in Memphis, weather it’s to flip, rent, or even as a first time home buyer. You won’t be disappointed.
