We honestly can’t thank Lyle and his Amazing Team enough. Working with them was such an easy and stress-free experience. Lyle is an incredible motivator, he got us energized and enthused about getting the house ready to sell. He is knowledgeable and very professional. His team is top notch too. His price suggestion was excellent and he negotiated a higher than list closing price. The house went for sale on Saturday at the open house and on Monday we had 3 competing offers.
