These guys did a fantastic job in every area! They worked really well with my insurance company as well as me communicating and projecting! I had smashed in the front corner of my car so they did body work and suspension and detail . They also worked really well with my car rental company and actually worked out with the car rental company that I can just leave my rental car with them. They also gave me their recommendations which was very helpful! Great attitudes and they even vacuumed out my vehicle for me and they gassed it up!! I definitely felt like a valued customer! If you want it done right, go with these guys!

I cannot recommend this place enough! The staff here were some of the most gracious, kind people I’ve ever worked with. Dustin was unbelievably helpful in helping me file my insurance claim, and made the arrangements for my rental car for me as they repaired my car after an auto accident- all above and beyond his job description. Upon further inspection of my vehicle, the staff found damages I had been unaware of, and fixed them. This was one of my first times needing repairs done on my car, and being a young female, I was nervous of getting ripped off. But I was treated with nothing but absolute respect, and kindness. I will 100% be taking my vehicles here for any services needed in the future!

Loren's is preferred repair shop for our Auto Insurance. After two car accident (not my fault) we took car in for initial assessment and eventually found out vehicle was totaled. Dustin arranged for rental vehicle, walked us through estimate and vehicle total process and made this unfortunate experience as painless as possible.

We were rear ended by a semi-truck. Being an older vehicle we thought for sure the Insurance company would total it. They didn't. With the body work and blemish repairs, the car looks brand new. Even blending a 20 year old Red paint my husband was astonished. We chose Loren's body shop by their TV commercial, and we would make that 40 minute drive again if we ever need them. Excellent work, knowledgeable and friendly employees. You can't go wrong with their quality of service. Thank you guys for the fantastic job. Jay and Debbie Yous.
