Zachary Johnson1 StarJoined in 2021…. Debit card they printed in the lobby didn’t work. Had to wait two weeks to get a replacement. Wife joined and same thing.called and spent an hour on the phone and they said it was resolved. Had to eventually go inside the lobby. Guess the days of customer service are gone.Tuesday 31st May 2022

Charles Bryant5 StarI've been a member at LSCU since 2015 and have always experienced great service, but I have to say Rosie Villegas went above and beyond on my most recent vehicle purchase. Due to travel I had an urgent need to pick up this vehicle the next day, and Rosie worked up to the very end of the day with the dealer and my loan officer to get everything in place and ready, so when I showed up at the dealership the next morning my car was basically sitting there waiting for me to hope in and go.
Highly recommend LSCU and especially Rosie Villegas!!!Monday 9th August 2021
