I met Lloyd just over a year ago. I am a contractor and was working on a property for a homeowner to get it ready for sale. All I can say is that Lloyd is amazing at what he does. He came in and checked my scope of work to ensure that the homeowner was getting the best possible remodel they could so he could get their house on the market and get it sold for them at the best price he could. Lloyd does not just know about the real estate market and home values, he knows what it takes to increase those values and how to get them sold as fast as possible. He was involved in the entire process for the homeowner, and made sure they got an above market sale on the property. Since then I have had the privilege of working with Lloyd multiple times and I have seen him work his magic on both ends of the spectrum. Whether you are looking to buy or sell, Lloyd and his team will be your best bet for an outstanding experience. I have seen him make himself available to his clients when they need him, day or night, weekend or weekday, for any questions or concerns they have, during his time with them. Lloyd is remarkable. He really is. He helped us purchase and sell our home, and I can't recommend him highly enough. Never have I received such professional, competent, and caring service. Buying and selling a home is stressful, and knowing that you're in good hands in priceless. I don't know how a realtor could be better at his or her job. He aspires to be your realtor for life, and everything he does reflects that intention.

I have known Lloyd about 5 years and in that time he conducted business with utmost integrity. With Lloyd you not only get him but access to his network.
