This is a very user-friendly realtor. Cheri Nice was exceptional in selling our former home and buying our current home. She has great focus on details and it was obvious that she was genuinely interested in our welfare, not just the company. She occasionally comes by for a short visit especially during the holidays. If we were not in our “forever home” we would utilize her services again, but will always recommend.

When I think of Real Estate, I have four words: CHERI NICE, Liz Moore. Cheri Nice sold my beautiful home in Kiln Creek when a health drama totally changed my life. Cheri listened to my new requirements and guided me to where I live now. And, this was huge, on the same day we closed on my house, we closed on my new home! I’ve now gratefully and happily lived here ten years and am still in love with it! When we decided to move from Florida to Virginia, we did some research and found Cheri Nice who was highly recommended. We were not, by any means, easy clients. We were not sure of exactly where we wanted to be just a general area. Cheri not only found us listings that met all of our criteria, she was able to provide us information of the various areas we were looking at so we would have a better idea of neighborhoods, etc. She did a LOT of virtual tours with us. When we found a FSBO, she reached out to the Seller and somehow, got our offer accepted. The transaction went very smoothly until we were victims of wire fraud and our funds for closing went missing as we were in the actual process of moving from Florida to Virginia. Cheri made sure that she kept the Seller informed, and arranged so that we could still move into the house while resolving the funds issue. After 30 days, we got our funds back and finally closed on the home. Cheri has been following up and touching base with us ever since. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
