They will take customer-provided parts (but of course can't guarantee them), which really helps cut down on costs if you're confident in what you buy. On top of what I brought my car in for, they threw in a minor repair for me, free of charge.
They called to let me know that I needed additional repairs/parts replaced, but didn't pressure me to get the work done then and there. Will definitely be coming back.Friday 25th March 2022
Bianca Newsom5 StarI have been to Little’s twice now and will only be going to them from now on. The staff at Little’s is honest, charming, and put heart into their high quality work. Not your average repair shop! Went out of their way to send me a video of the problem going on with my car when I didn’t understand, and always explain everything thoroughly. Pricing is honest, they don’t try to run up the price tag on you and will answer all questions with a smile. They give peace of mind with car repair. Love this place!Thursday 3rd February 2022
Paula Jennings5 StarI broke down in traffic & was referred to them by the car behind me. I had just had service done a few days prior at a different local shop (Everest) that came highly recommended. Needless to say I will never go to them (Everest) ever again. Little's is super accommodating & very honest. This will be my go-to shop & one that I will happily recommend to absolutely everyone. Ask to speak with Jill or James. I loved my original shop (C&N) but they closed their Delaware location about 2 years ago. Little's is the first & only honest shop I have found since C & N closed their doors. Go to Littles. The building may be "little" but their honesty & integrity are huge.Wednesday 26th January 2022
