When we decided to start the home buying process in Lake Arrowhead, we did our research on the various real estate agents and agencies in the area. We found Simone on line and reached out to her. She immediately responded and scheduled a call so we could discuss our plans. She asked several questions about our family and needs to narrow down the type of homes we were interested in, and never rushed, pushed or tried to convince us to go in a different direction. Once we were ready to look at homes, Simone scheduled tours in an efficient way so we could fit in as many as possible during our time together, and was even able to squeeze in a few others that just came on the market. Simone patiently answered all of our questions as we viewed various properties. After she got a better feel for what we were looking for, Simone was able to focus on the best homes that met our needs, tastes and budget. Since we do not live locally, Simone was more than willing to preview properties and handle matters on our behalf. She represented us professionally, honestly and communicated with us in a timely manner. She made the buying process smooth and we ended up with a fantastic mountain home. We highly recommend Simone and hope to work with her again in the future.

If I could give Simone more than 5 stars I would. Not only is she local to the area but she is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to living on the mountain. My husband and I were living in LA and were driving up the mountain pretty much every weekend to look at houses. Simone was incredibly patient and accommodating to our schedule. She knew exactly the house we wanted even when we weren't sure. She's incredibly well organized and follows up in a timely manner. I cannot recommend Simone enough if you're looking to move into the Lake Arrowhead / Crestline area. Thanks for helping us find our dream home Simone! We love it up here!
