As a first time home buyer, there are a lot of terms in real estate that I do not know and is quite intimidating getting into one of your biggest investment and purchasing a home without a lot of knowledge. LeeAnn was very patient in guiding me through the entire process and was very helpful in giving her honest opinion. There were heartbrakes during the house hunting process but when I finally found the one it was smooth sailing thanks to her!
