Just moved from Kirkland Washington to Memphis Tennessee and working with Meredith Vezina was a wonderful experience! She was superb in helping me and my husband navigate the policies and regulations of real estate and banking in the state of Tennessee. We thought that her communication skills were exceptional. Arath has the qualities that make him a successful and effective agent. He has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the clients best interests in mind. One of the qualities I respected the most was his no- nonsense style. As a busy executive, I don’t have time to waste. He gets to the point quickly yet professionally, always respecting the clients time. He does a great job of listening to his client’s needs and does not waste time showing properties which do not meet the client’s objectives. He is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to our late night emails/text messages. Arath is always on top of the things that may arise and is quick to handle them quickly.
