We would choose Lauren every time we need to buy or sell a home. We got so lucky we found her (from word of mouth at my husbands work) It was a great partnership from the beginning. Lauren came with so much experience and knowledge. She was the perfect combo of guiding while letting us go with our guts. On our first meeting, she came with a binded book of our condo we wanted to sell with all the information we would ever need and she went over everything in the book with us. That book impressed me because she took time and effort on us before even meeting us. She was willing and ready to do the work and we were ready for a new home and needed her help. She spent the next 4 hours answering every single question we had about buying and selling our home. She understood the importance of that first meeting which got the ball rolling. We first met on a Monday and by Sunday we saw our first 5 homes. By the next weekend we saw six homes and we also found the home we ended up buying! Lauren answered every single phone call every single time. She walked us through every single document/docusign. She got us 30,000k off the house we bought and sold our condo for a record breaking high. She walked me through what/how to stage our condo so we could get the best price. We had multiple offers, six to be exact! We were scared to buy/sell in the middle of a pandemic during record high costs and she reassured us on that first meeting that we would be in a new home/ sell our condo within a couple of months and she was correct! We could not have done this huge task without her. She understood from the beginning that she was dealing with one of the biggest if not the biggest purchases of our lifetime and she never took that job lightly -ever! We love her!
