Juliette & the entire Team were absolutely amazing! I can't say enough about how each Team Member helped to sell my house, but also all the work behind the scenes to make my Selling Experience as flawless and painless as possible. Maggie offered connections to update & Stage my property, and Stephanie even coordinated with the Movers after I was gone to get the job done. I just closed on a house in Half Moon Bay. With Cosette's help, was able to put in the right offer. Didn't feel like I overpaid, which is something in this market. Was accepted and closed in 3 weeks. Got all the information needed to be comfortable with the transaction. She was available whenever (including a flight to Chicago!!!) to make sure nothing fell through the cracks and the transaction got to the finish line. Doesn't get done without her!

Wow - we don’t have enough good things to say about Cosette and her team! We actually switched to Cosette from a previous realtor, and within 2 months we were homeowners!! Cosette was incredibly persistent with our listing agent which is almost certainly how we beat out our competitors. She was always professional and on her game - we had some personal complexities early in the process that she was all over, and she ensured that she knew all the variables involved so that she could advise us. She was available whenever we needed her and has even continued that standard since we purchased the home, to tie up some loose ends. We always felt very comfortable with her and she always respected our needs as well. The only negative is that our realtor/buyer relationship didn’t get to last longer!!

I highly recommend The KuldA group for any real estate needs. I have worked with several real estate company. I have never encountered such great customer service and handling the sale of my house. From the time I listed, they made me feel like I was their only client. Kulda group handled everything for me. They lined up repairs , advised me of all details, including staging., Buying and selling a house can be stressful but with the Kulda group it was breeze.
