As a first-time buyers, we’ve been overwhelmed with all the information and details in the beginning of our search, but Kristina made it so easy for us. She is wonderful realtor and a nice honest person. She helped us with the search and showed us a bunch of properties. I was so impressed with how knowledgeable she is about the real estate market and all procedures.
She was available any time and answered a ton of our questions. And I must say my husband and I are not easy-sell people.

I asked Kristina to list my home for two weeks, with the caveat that I would continue to rent it if she wasn't able to find a buyer within that time frame. I'm highly detail oriented, and Kristina had the property professionally staged, photographed, and ran ads--all within three days. By the fourth day on the market, she had two bidders! She really knew the market and how to negotiate the best profit for my home. I highly recommend Kristina to anyone wanting to sell their home or rental property for the best profit.
