Chelsea Schoettgen5 StarKristin made our home selling and buying experience quick and easy. When I first contacted her, she visited my home to give us pointers on what to do to sell my home fast and for the price I wanted to sell it for. We made the small necessary changes and we received multiple offers within 3 days for $20,000 above our asking price. When it came to buying our new home, She showed us many new homes for sale without spamming us with tons of homes, just trying to make a sale. Before every showing, she had all the home information for us and any available inspection information. When we wanted to make an offer, she was prompt, it was all done done electronically, and all the signing was completed expeditiously. Any information between the seller and Kristin was also relayed to us quickly. She responded immediately via text message during the week and even on weekends. She was knowledgeable and professional.
