From being very approachable, understanding and driven to help intermediate for me and my landlord helping give clarity in my sudden and traumatic situation in my life. Yet extending yourself as that professional realtor who stands by their property owners but also for the tenants you blew my mind at your compassion seeing it from all point of views, yet you helped me keep my place and also encouraged me to come with a plan and execute it in which I did and everything turned out with a positive outcome. I was initially pleased with the work and staff who helped me at this location but that quickly devolved into a nightmarishly poor experience. I had been speaking to the staff who work here regarding a property for over a week, I had my application ready to go, called to see if the property was still available and was told I was good to go, made a 20 minute drive to set up the tour only to find out that the property had been rented out within a 2 hour window after my call and I was not notified at all. This was a forgivable occurrence, what followed was not. While the staff here were kind enough to retrofit my application and set me up with another tour, I wish I had just walked away and saved my time. I ended up touring a location that was essentially dilapidated and entirely misrepresented by the picture's listed online. Myself and my Co-applicant we're given a tour by one of the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. This person Who I later found out was the OWNER of this business showed up late, spoke in a condescending manner to us, did not want to answer our questions, spent a good portion of our tour dealing with a personal phone call, and more or less wanted to leave after 10 minutes. This was hands down one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had and I am only giving it a two star rating because the staff here we're respectable enough to give me a refund after this incredible waste of my time and energy.

I needed to sell four houses in Kings County in a short amount of time. They had not been well-maintained but Robyn had them repaired and sold within 30 days. She even got a tenant with a lease to move out early. These were difficult transactions but done quickly and professionally. If I ever have a need for a realtor in Kings County again I will not hesitate to call Robyn!
