From our first call to closing the escrow was a quick 6 weeks or so, and she coordinated most things for us since we are already moved out of state. Kimm did a wonderful job selling our home. Her ads were great. We got many more viewing than our first attempt 6 months earlier. It was sold in less than 4 weeks and we got our full list price! We were looking for property outside her area so she hooked us up with a very good agent she had experience with before, who knew that area. We are very happy with her service and highly recommend her.

Kimm is great and has helped with 4 house transactions in the last 5 years. This last month she sold my house while helping us get into a new one. She answered all my questions very fast and if she didn't have an answer she pointed me in the right direction. When each escrow was coming to a close she helped make sure I understood what needed to be done. For our purchase she was really on top of escrow, requests for repairs, and inspections!
