Hi, I’m Kim Inocente! Prior to my career in Real Estate I spent 6 years in banking where I served both consumer and business clients. As a Banker and Financial Sales Rep I assisted my clients with their banking and lending needs. I truly enjoyed what I did, but always wanted to pursue a career in Real Estate. In 2015 I decided to take a leap of faith and pursue what I had been thinking about for years. It has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have exceeded goals I set for my business and am very proud of that, however the most rewarding part of my job is working with people. The individuals I have met are so kind and hardworking, and I am very grateful to have met them. I take pride in my job. I love helping my clients purchase the home of their dreams, and sell their home so they can begin a new chapter of their lives. My goal is to make my clients feel comfortable and relieve them of as much stress as possible during this hectic time of obtaining financing, viewing homes, endless paperwork, inspections, repairs, appraisals, and moving. After living in our home for 19 years, we decided to put it up for sale and couldn't be happier with the experience we had with Kim being our agent! She was extremely knowledgeable, quick to respond with any questions, and a pleasure to work with. Kim made the process of selling our house easy! We loved working with her and will definitely be using her again when it comes time for us to buy. She made sure to explain everything to us in detail and gave us her suggestions on a personal level. She made sure we were taken care of as well. She is personable and professional. Before talking about how amazing Kim is, I will preface my review with my experience with the first agent I worked with. He was next to impossible to get a hold of, didn't really help me find anything within the guidelines I set (other than just setting up his automated search engine to send me listings every few days, which were far beyond the price range I had given him, etc.) and didn't make me feel at all like a valued client. I felt more like an irritation than a customer. In stark contrast, "OMG" doesn't even come close to describing the experience we had with Kim. Kim truly sets the bar for how your agent should treat you. She was incredibly reliable, energetic and knowledgeable through every step of the usually long, difficult and frustrating process of buying a home. She made the entire process a breeze and was beyond a pleasure to work with. Anyone who consciously chooses not to work with her is doing themselves a disfavor. She makes you feel like you are her only client, and finding a perfect fit for you is just as important to her as it is to you. She is a fantastic communicator, and even when her answer was "I don't know" she quickly followed up with "... but I will find out for you" and expediently followed through. She was masterful at finding homes that were available, and found the home that we ended up purchasing. In short, Kim outperformed her duty as an agent at every step and my family is eternally grateful to her for her service. She deserves more stars than Google allows me to give. We are glad to have found her!!!!

I would give Kim a thousand stars if I could and my highest recommendation. A few months ago, my husband and I decided we were ready to take on homeownership and buy our first home. We were searching for a realtor that could help find what we were looking for and mesh well with our personalities. We wanted someone we could trust, since this was the biggest decision of our life. We came across the Homes for Heroes program and saw that Kim was the realtor for the program in Santa Clarita. We reached out to her and were so happy we did. Kim is a genuinely nice person and had our best interests in mind throughout this process. She took the time to get to know my husband and I and truly understood what it was that we wanted. She was patient with us when our anxiety and stress levels were high and always found ways to keep us at ease. She took the time to educate us about the process and made sure we were always well informed and prepared for each step. In addition, she was our biggest advocate every step of the way and fought for what we wanted. Within a couple of months we found our dream home and we have Kim to thank for that. Kim did a fantastic job helping us find a home. She focused on what we were looking for and answered any questions that we had. From the moment we started looking at houses to the moment she handed us the keys, she worked hard to make this whole house hunting process a lot smoother than what I expected it to be. Her knowledge and experience helped us feel comfortable and more like a good friend, rather than just another client. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured into anything we weren’t looking for and I’m happy that Kim was able to be our agent!
