Kim has been in real estate for over 9 years and has over 24 years of Customer Service experience. The real estate journey started in Boston, MA where she sold homes in downtown while finishing her degree in Business Administration at Babson College. Once she decided she had had enough of digging her car out of the snow, she made her way to sunny California in 2006! The next four years were spent as an account executive selling loans for national banks.
She's had the chance to work as a loan processor, underwriter, and real estate agent which has given her a well-rounded view of how the industry works in order to serve her clients best.
Before coming back to real estate, she spent 10 years in Semiconductors, selling capital equipment, working in sales ops and managing a Customer Service Business Development unit. While fruitful, she missed her life in Real Estate and helping people understand how to navigate into the PERFECT home and found her way back!
When Kim has time off, you may find her on the dance floor at music festivals or behind the stage running operations and managing electronic music producers and DJs, eating with Yelp Elites, watching cute fur babies on Rover, volunteering at orphanages around the world, or traveling the world. She's been fortunate enough to have traveled to many places including Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Italy, Croatia, and Montenegro to name a few.

She took the time to educate us on the process and estimated timeframe of what we could expect if we were lucky enough to get into contact. That is how long it took from the day my wife and I met Kim Tran until we were in contract on our new home. So a lot of things going around, lot to look at, make sure to get well acquainted with documents in short moments of time.
In all this roller coaster ride of buying our Home, Kim was meticulous, organized, and a fighter. She fought at every step and till the end. At a point where we lost hope, she was the one who held us tight and advised to have patience. Patience is virtue which paid us well.
