Ken and Denise spent many years in Lake Tahoe and Reno as Broker Owners while actively working with their own buyers and sellers. However, in 2010 they initiated a merger with a group of companies based in northern Nevada and northern California becoming a group of over 1000 agents and now recognized in the top 100 of real estate companies nationally. Both Ken and Denise have been recognized by Century 21 and Coldwell Banker many times as among the top 20 Broker/Agents in Nevada and are currently in Coldwell Banker’s Elite Top 5 percent World Wide.

Ken served the REALTOR organization for more than 10 years rising to President of the Nevada Association of REALTORS and Board Member of the National Association of REALTORS. NAR inducted Ken into the Omega Tao Rho Fraternity, a select group of REALTORS from across the United States for exceptional service to the industry.

Ken holds the Certified Residential Specialist and is a Graduate of the REALTOR Institute as well as is a vacation resort expert. I am a licensed California Real Estate broker of way too many years. My husband And I met Ken when he showed us a listing in Late December of 2021. We We did not but the property but I returned to continue looking instead January. I chose Ken as my realtor. He not only represented me on an offer with a very difficult and absurdly foolish seller but found another listing that I too had found on line. We dropped the first offer and were in escrow on the second within 3 days of it being listed. We closed early and all is well. Ken is ethical, caring, smart, humorous and kind.
