Kelly Sweitzer was a true Godsend! I was tasked with selling my cousin’s home after she passed away. Although we had been ‘slimming’ and purging for several years, there was still a ton of memories (and clothes!!!) filling the home. I did my best, from 3 states away, to continue to clean and care for everything until it was time to sell. My probate attorney gave me Kelly’s name and I messaged her when I arrived in VA for Spring Break, hoping to get the home listed. I immediately got a message back saying she’d call me the next day…. and she did! She emailed documents explaining all that was involved with selling real estate in VA as well as detailed information introducing herself. We met the next day and Kelly’s open, honest demeanor automatically set me at ease and I listed the home that day. Kelly gave me a projected timeline regarding the sale and I thought I’d never be so lucky as to have things move that quickly. I returned to FL knowing I was in good hands. Over the next 2 weeks, Kelly kept in constant contact, planning with me the final steps to ‘clearing out’ the clothes, dishes, etc. that remained. She personally saw that my cousin’s things went to a donation center I chose and made sure the listing pictures were gorgeous. The listing went live on a Thursday and 2 days later Kelly called to say we needed to decide between multiple offers! WOW! We closed in 2 1/2 weeks after that and I didn’t even need to leave FL!
