Buying a house is stressful, emotional, a roller coaster, and detail oriented. Kelly someone manages to make the house buying process enjoyable. She’s seriously a house buying and selling sorceress - she’s that good. We sold our first house with her, and her process-from staging to signing the last document-is flawless. I am also fairly sure Kelly does not sleep. Anytime I needed help or we found a property we wanted to look at Kelly was there to help us. if you want a stressful house buying process-choose someone else. If you’d like it to go smoothly then put Kelly in your corner.

We had the best experience with Kelly Gargiulo. She was very clear in taking what we want in our new house and making sure we stayed on that path during a competitive market. She also acted in our best interest when selling our house, making sure we got top dollar and best conditions, to ensure we close on time in order to purchase our next house. She is always available even after sale when we were thinking about moving onto our next deal. She spent a great deal of time giving us the best advice even during times when we did not end up selling. She is highly personal and we recommend her as a great RE partner.

We won a house cleaning service in a drawing from Kelly Gargiulo. What an absolutely amazing experience it was working with Kelly's team! They were prompt, did an outstanding job cleaning our house and Kelly was part of the communication from beginning to end! I can see why she is such a successful agent, she works hard to make sure that her clients (and prospective clients) are well taken care of and she follows through with whatever they need! We thoroughly enjoyed working with Kelly, she is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and professional! She had our home professionally staged and made suggestions that helped us sell quickly and for top dollar. We also appreciated her accuracy with the entire transaction, and even sent us a tax preparation package as well at tax time.
