Was a Keller Williams customer for years in NYC and when I made an appointment in SF, they stood me up, wasted my time, told me they had another “qualified” applicant. Feels like, these people at this business, they will Waste your time and possibly discriminate against you.

If you want to buy a house in SF, you need to work with Keller Williams. Professional and friendly, the service I received throughout the entire home buying process was above and beyond what I could have imagined. After purchasing a home with Tracy as my agent, I can confidently vouch for more than just her professional skills and warm personality, I can also say that she brings so much more to the table than you could imagine. She is truly the "all-in-one package" I needed in a real estate agent. As a first-time homebuyer, she was patient and thorough in teaching me the ropes of the real estate market with her deep knowledge of current/historical trends. She helped me figure out and find the perfect house with her lived experience of local culture and pros/cons of every SF neighborhood. Finally, in the bidding process once I found the perfect house, she was able to close the deal as an expert home matchmaker. Not only did she patiently help me figure out the home I wanted, but she helped me get the house I fell in love with (even though I wasn't the highest bid--which is unheard of!) Tracy and the whole KW team were excellent communicators, making the home buying process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Knowing that you having Tracy and her team as your advocates while scoping houses and throughout the chaos of escrow was a God send.

They fleeced us out of all renter deposits (after leaving it in near-perfect condition). Also, didn’t even give us our key deposit back despite returning those too.
