Have you ever had one of those experiences where you cannot describe your satisfaction with words that portray the state of your emotions? I can only try to represent the true nature of an experience of buying a house with Mary. 1) She listens. She asks questions. She pays attentions to your changes as you try to establish what your perfect home looks like. 2) She exercised patience with our ever-changing timeline, due to the pandemic and an out of state move. 3) She became our advocate as we started the purchasing process, with splendid representation during the offer process, researching questions we had, following up on obligations the seller promised, making sure the Title company followed through and much more. 4) After the sell, she still kept in touch and made sure all the paperwork and conditions were met. 5) She has a great sense of humor and made for an enjoyable partner in the whole process. These do not really express how wonderful it is to have Mary in your court, helping you all the way. She comes highly recommended.
