Look no further! Honest, on time, responsive and just down to earth. After many moons as a property manager, I've never got a 'refund' for services not needed...until working with the guys at KDT. I manage a small commercial building and needed 10 boxes replaced...only they found that 2 already had been replaced (which really is probably more my fault, as I should have checked each one). One of the owners actually said that they're not charging me for those... I never really write reviews, this is like only my second ever, but, after working with these guys i felt that it's the least I could do. I sent in pictures of some of what I had and they gave me a quote very quickly, when others I called didn't even return my inquiry, except one outfit that wanted to 'send over an estimator', which I that was strange as it's a pretty straight forward job for the most part'. The insurance company insisted that we replace the boxes and only gave us a short time to do it. I know the guys at KDT are just as busy as the other guys now, but they even came back after buying new ceiling tiles to replace the existing ones that they had taken down...that's just so mindful of them, and it's really appreciated. They even had little signs made up to mark each of the meters, then came back again and put them on.

I contacted KDT to rewire and clean up the inside breaker box and to upgrade the generator connection. While doing the work, KDT found a major problem with our main breaker feed that could have caused serious problems or even created a fire. They worked diligently to find the new breaker box, got the original work and extra work done that day. The price for the extra work was very fair, considering the urgency and work required to complete it.
