This is the third house I've bought and I will say that Lorena Mancilla is the best realtor that I have worked with, and I would highly recommend her. I had tried working with a different realtor the year before and had no luck and they didn't seem to understand what I was looking for or my price range, so I contacted Lorena as she was recommended by Zillow, and I'm very glad I did. Not only did she set up the appointment to see the house I had contacted her about right away, but she also took the time to talk to me about what I was looking for and what was important in selecting a house for me. Within a couple days she had a list of 5-6 properties that matched my criteria, one of the recommendations being the house I purchased (which she found for me before it had listed on Zillow). She was able to handle meeting inspectors for me as I was traveling for work as well as checking out seller repairs. She was very proactive in dealing with BofA (my nightmare lender), without her following up with them regularly and filing a couple extensions with my seller, I don't think the deal would have gone through. She also had a great amount of local knowledge, and passed on tips, provided me with all the contact info for utilities for a smooth transition, recommendations on Internet/Cable providers, and was welling to do research to answer questions - she contacted the Transportation Design Authority to find out possibilities for building a garage. All the recommendations she gave me for inspectors, title company, insurance worked out really well and were very efficient and thorough. She even helped me return some pictures to the seller after the deal had already gone through. Overall, my experience with Lorena was very positive - not only is she very good at her job, but she is also a pleasant and helpful person. Thank you so much for all your help, Lorena. I'm really enjoying my Cabin!

I listed my Boat Dock for sale with Danny Dominguez, one of Keller Williams Big Bear realtors and he was parking his personal boat in my slip and taking his potential home buyer on the lake using my slip to shmooze his home buyers. He did not have permission to do this and not to mention the slip did not get sold because that would ruin his gig.
