Kandi has a heart for Real Estate! Having been a partner in a Real Estate/Property Management company since 2011 she felt that she was able to offer more to her clients as well as her tenants on her own and started Divine Properties in 2013. Kandi obtained her Real Estate Brokers license in 2018.
Being born and raised in the community in which she serves, there is no better person to service your needs . Kandi attended college at Southern Oregon State University in Ashland, OR where she was an asst. manager of a 160 unit apartment complex. Her heart for real estate never left her after she moved back to her home town of Jackson with her amazing husband Adam she decided to pursue her love of real estate again.
Kandi is a mom to identical twin girls and very involved in the community. Serving on several local community boards, she not only loves real estate but truly has a heart for the community that she serves.
Kandi gains her education from the California Association of Realtors & Rental Housing Assoc.
