After playing football in college and completing a degree in industrial computer systems and business, Wes Burgess began his occupational path in telecommunications/fiber design. As he decided to move away from that business, he remembered meeting two of the Junk King owners in college. He was familiar with the junk removal business so he decided to take a leap and open his own Junk King franchise. He opened his doors on July 11, 2016. He services central California from Chowchilla all the way south to Bakersfield.

Wes’s clients are property owners, real estate agents, property managers, construction site supervisors, and anyone who needs assistance in hauling their unwanted items away. One of his goals is to help his customers focus on what they do best and not get bogged down worrying about hauling items like: appliances, mattresses, refrigerator/freezers, hot tubs, televisions, construction debris, yard waste or garbage.

Wes has observed that people dump their trash in the rural areas. Farmers have to clean up this stuff. He has plans to team up with agriculture associations to help them clean up the rural areas.
