Judson helped us navigate the SF buyer market during the height of the pandemic, as first time home buyers, and I cannot stress how fortunate we were to have him as our agent! As a long time San Francisco resident he fully understands the pros and cons of every neighborhood and spent the time getting to know my wife and I personally (interests, careers, family growth, etc.) so that he could help us find the right property that we could grow into and make our own. We were interested in finding a property that we could expand on and his background in building/development in SF meant he could give us a true understanding of the cost of renovating undeveloped spaces. Throughout our home buying process Judson was meticulous, patient, kind, responsive, and an expert negotiator; he had the insight to include the repair of a malfunctioning tub drain in our contract, which ended up saving us significant costs. It is hard to imagine a better realtor in San Francisco than Judson Gregory.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Judson. Buying a house in San Francisco is complicated and stressful but with his guidance and expertise, we were able to get a house in our dream location! Judson has extensive knowledge of the San Francisco market and really knows what distinguishes each neighborhood. He listened to us to understand our situation and goals and never made us feel pressured to make an offer if we weren’t ready. He even talked us out of a couple offers that in the end wouldn’t have been a good fit for us and we’re glad he did. Knowing that we would be getting a house that needs some work, he was able to offer a great deal of advice on home repairs and potential costs to help us understand which houses might be more work than we can handle. We hope to be in this house for many years, but if we ever find ourselves in the market to buy or sell again, we will definitely be giving him a call.
