Recently we sold a home in Claremont California in a 1031 exchange for property in Hawaii. It is one of the more complex ways of home sales and our very gracious and yes, friendly California real estate agent Joshua Casper made it happen in a seamless, very professional and always knowledgeable way. He not only kept us informed in every step of the process on the sale of our California property but gave us advice and help when we met stumbling blocks on the Hawaii exchange purchase. He handled details and potential problems with our older Claremont property, which was an active rental, and removed the burden from our tired elder shoulders. We loved him, our tenants loved him.
