When we made the decision to sell our rental house. My husband researched several real estate companies in Southern California. We live in Northern California. After several interviews. The company that stood out to us the most was the Morales group. The Zoom interview with Jose, was spot on. We felt extremely comfortable and signed the listing agreement right away. Shortly there after, we took a trip to Southern California and personally met Jose. Jose and his team truly, handled everything for us. They updated us every Thursday or sooner if necessary. We had a rental home in Southern California and decided to sell it. We currently live in Northern California so we began doing our research on real estate companies online.After several interviews we were very happy with our selection with the Morales Group.the broker Jose Morales did a fabulous zoom presentation with us and we were confident that we made the right choice. We did make the trip down south to meet Jose personally and went over the property and signed the contract. After that Jose and his associates handled everything from there out from the inspection to some minor repairs. I must say the whole experience was hassle free and I would like to personally thank Jose & his staff for keeping us well informed throughout the process.In closing if you are interested in either selling or buying please give them chance for you're business.

We worked with Adrian Ceja on our transaction. We could not be happier with his service. The transaction was smooth from beginning to end. He was extremely proactive, kept in touch with us every step of the way to keep us posted on the progress. Jose Morales went above and beyond what others would do to help me sell my property. The process was easy and went smoothly. I was an active participant in working on the selling price based on my own personal research of the real estate market along with the comparable pricing that Jose was able to provide for me. The sale price was what I thought was fair. Jose is all about helping people. I was able to consult Jose on a venture that would have necessitated not selling my property. He helped me do the numbers on the idea of the venture so I could see the financial implications of that type of venture. Ultimately, I decided to sell and Jose helped me get the best price and understand all the things that go along with selling a home. Additionally, he helping me understand everything in the buyer's contract. and what I would be agreeing to Jose treated me like family and I am grateful that such a wonderful person helped me sell my property. His team was very helpful and considerate. I recommend Jose Morales to anyone who would like to sell their property. I cannot say enough good things about him.

Working with the Morales Group was a pleasure. Jose worked with our schedule and listened to what we wanted. The house was staged to make it attractive to buyers. After the first open house our home sold within 2 days, which was a week and 1/2 after listing. All the staff was responsive to our needs and quearions.
